Personal Data - how do we collect it?
We collect your personal data when you use our services (make a purchase in our stores, sign up for the Newsletter). Personal data may also be saved in cookies that we install on our websites and the devices you use to access our services. Please review the Cookie Policy.
Processing your data – for what purpose?
We aim to process your personal data for several purposes:
We process your personal data because it is necessary to execute the contract with you, including to:
- enable the provision of electronic services and fully use the store www.huzaro.pl and the official Allegro store
- create and manage your account or accounts and ensure account support
- handle complaints on the www.huzaro.pl store or in the official Allegro store, should you submit such a complaint
- respond to your inquiries (e.g., via the contact form) and communicate with you, including for purposes related to service provision

You may submit your CV via the form/email – the basis is your consent to data processing (you can withdraw consent at any time).
Sending commercial information to execute a contract for electronic services – the basis is a separate and voluntary consent to data processing (which you can withdraw at any time).
Do you need to provide us with your personal data?
We require the following personal data from you to conclude and execute the contract with you, and consequently to provide you with the service:
- email address, username, password, phone number, and company information (if applicable), and mailing address
If, for some reason, you do not provide this data, we will unfortunately not be able to conclude the contract with you, and therefore you will not be able to use the www.huzaro.pl store.
If required by law, we may ask you to provide additional data necessary for accounting or tax purposes. In other cases, providing your data is voluntary.
Possibility of sharing your data – with whom?
Data related to our users is collected by us. The law also allows us to share data with entities providing services such as delivery companies. Our partners are obliged to process personal data securely. You can ask us for their details. Legal basis for processing your data
Keep in mind that in all cases, data processing must be based on a legal ground under applicable regulations. One of these may be the necessity to process data to execute or conclude a contract to which you are a party. Such a contract could be the terms of service for one of our websites you visit. In the case of marketing, including profiling, the legal basis is your voluntary consent. For other purposes, such as traffic analytics, the basis is the acceptance of the Cookie Policy or the legitimate interest of the data controller to prevent abuse.
Duration of personal data processing
Your data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, and thereafter for the period and scope required by applicable law.
If the basis for processing personal data is consent, the user's personal data will be processed by Meester Group Sp. z o.o. for 5 years unless the consent is withdrawn. After consent is withdrawn, data will be stored for the time corresponding to the statute of limitations on claims that Meester Group Sp. z o.o. may raise or that may be raised against it. Unless a specific regulation states otherwise, the statute of limitations is six years, and for periodic services and claims related to business activities, three years.
Data related to browsing the store's website

The administrator uses the information mentioned above only for purposes related to market research and internet traffic on the store's website, for statistical and marketing purposes, particularly to improve the quality of the services provided by the store and to tailor the offer's content to the individual preferences of the user.
