Warranty
Meester Group sp. z o.o., headquartered at Wagrowska Street 2 (61-369) in Poznań, owner of the Mark Adler, Huzaro and Vertenz brands, guarantees the smooth operation of the products in accordance with the technical and operating conditions described in their user manuals.
The warranty is temporary in nature. Different products and their components are subject to warranty with different scope and duration as described below.
Product defects and damage should always be reported as soon as they are discovered. Do not continue to use the product when a defect or damage is detected, as this may aggravate the defect or damage, and endanger the health and even life of the user. The product should be secured for the duration of the complaint process, and then follow the guidelines of the manufacturer or authorized service center.
The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear of products resulting from operation and damage caused by improper use. The warranty also does not cover mechanical damage, including tears, cracks caused by the user. The warranty also does not cover fading and other fabric defects resulting from prolonged exposure to sunlight, defects caused by improper maintenance of the device, e.g. washing at too high a temperature, cleaning with strong detergents, thermal damage, electrical damage and damage caused by contact with liquids, as well as defects and damage resulting from arbitrary alterations and modifications.
Service and the Manufacturer shall not be liable for damages and losses resulting from the inability to use the product under repair.
Products submitted for complaint should be cleaned beforehand. Only products packed, in cardboard packaging (original or replacement) are accepted for complaint.
Warranty details
- Swivel armchairs (including office, gaming)
Meester Group sp. z o.o. provides a warranty for the following components of the gaming chair and the office chair, during the validity period specified below:
Warranty for a period of 4 years:
• on the metal structure and frame of the chair
Warranty for a period of 2 years:
• on base, backrest adjustment mechanism and tilt mechanism
Warranty for a period of 1 year:
• on the shell, armrests, material, wheels and gaslift - the warranty excludes mechanical damage to materials.
• on all other parts, excluding parts of brands other than those owned by Meester Group sp. z o.o. (Huzaro, Mark Adler, Vertenz)
- Warranty exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear of parts such as wheels, mechanisms, materials, cushions, frames, bases, gaslifts, when there are no material or technological defects - these must be reported immediately upon discovery;
- modifications of the product in relation to the original design;
- damages resulting from non-compliance with operating instructions;
- damages resulting from exposure to extreme conditions, including climate, or use of the product in such conditions;
- damage to threaded connections.

- Maintenance
Maintenance rules:
- armchairs and chairs upholstered with leather should not stand close to a radiator and other heat sources.
- Leather requires protection from harmful factors, such as sweat, hair grease, cosmetics, dust, household chemicals or ordinary dryness, so leather maintenance should be done with special care products that form a protective coating, resistant to water and oily substances.
- Desks
Meester Group sp. z o.o. provides a warranty for the following components of the desks, during the validity period specified below:
Warranty for a period of 4 years:
• on the metal frame of the desk.
Warranty for a period of 2 years:
• on the electrical components of the desk frame (if the desk has one)
Warranty for a period of 1 year:
• on the tabletop and its veneer, as well as all the other parts such as handset holders and cup holders.
- Warranty exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear of components such as countertop veneer, headphone holder, cup holder, when there are no material or technological defects - these must be reported immediately upon discovery;
- modifications of the product in relation to the original design;
- damages resulting from failure to follow the instructions for use;
- damages resulting from exposure to extreme conditions, including climate, or use of the product in such conditions;
- damage to threaded connections.
- mechanical damage such as cuts, perforations; abrasions.
- Maintenance
Maintenance rules:
- desks should not stand near a radiator or other heat sources.
- the desk top should be cleaned regularly with a damp cloth
- Accessories
Meester Group sp. z o.o. provides a warranty for accessories from its range of products for the validity period stated below:
Warranty for a period of 2 years:
• on gaming mouse pads and mats
• on gaming mice and keyboards
• on gaming headphones
• on TV and monitor mounts
• on hangers and racks
- Warranty exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear of components when there are no material or technological defects - these must be reported immediately upon discovery;
- modifications of the product in relation to the original design;
- damages resulting from non-compliance with operating instructions;
- damages resulting from exposure to extreme conditions, including climate, or use of the product in such conditions;
- mechanical damage such as cuts, punctures; impacts, etc.
- damage to racks and hangers resulting from inconsistent installation instructions attached to the product;
- Maintenance
Maintenance rules:
- accessories should not stand close to the radiator and other heat sources - pads and mats should not be exposed to direct sunlight
• accessories should be regularly wiped with a damp cloth
- Bean bags
Meester Group sp. z o.o. provides warranty for the following components of the gaming bean bags during the validity period stated below:
Warranty for a period of 2 years:
• on the cover
- Warranty exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- The filling of the bean bag, as the granules are a replaceable item, which must be replenished on their own;
- defects not reported immediately upon discovery, which have been aggravated by continued use;
- modifications to the product on one's own part;
- damages resulting from failure to follow the instructions for use;
- damages resulting from exposure to extreme conditions, including climatic conditions, or use of the product in such conditions;
- mechanical damage such as cuts, perforations; abrasions.
- Maintenance
Maintenance rules:
- the cover of the bean bag should be kept clean with a dampened cloth
• granules, due to their physical properties, may need to be replenished. Refilling should be done when such properties of the bean bag as comfort of sitting or the level of adaptation to the shape of the body under the influence of weight change.
• The cover should be filled only with specialized granules designed for filling bean bags. It should not be filled with other materials.
Warranty Loss
Warranty rights are extinguished in the following cases:
- expiration of the warranty period
- making repairs and/or modifications outside the services of Meester Group authorized dealers
- failure to follow the recommendations for proper operation and maintenance
- using the product inoperative or damaged, which may lead to further damage to the product, as well as injury to the user.
OTHER PROVISIONS
Except as provided in this warranty, Meester Group, its employees and authorized dealers shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including collateral or consequential loss or damage, or caused by the negligence or misconduct of the user). Any claim under this warranty should be made to an authorized dealer. Proof of purchase: receipt or invoice number or store order number is required to process a warranty claim.
Claims made outside the country of purchase may incur fees and other restrictions. The warranty period and specific provisions may vary from country to country. This warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the buyer's rights under the warranty law for defects in the goods sold.
COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
Warranty applications should be sent by email to: shop@huzaro.pl
The notification message should include the following:
- information on what product the problem concerns (indication of the model)
- a detailed description of the subject of the report, i.e. information about the reported defect, the circumstances under which it occurred and was observed. It is worth attaching photos or videos of the product to the description, if it can help identify the problem;
- information that will enable us to find the correct order, i.e. information about where and when the product was purchased, personal information for which the order was placed or the number of that order
